Thats a good question to ask and no i dont get upset when asked this,Its all a case of re-learning what you have learned?
When you was a child you are always open to seeing feeling and hearing things that you didnt or knew about and you would never question what you would of seen either,being sensitive to your emotions and suroundings is the main thing about being a child,
When you was little you didnt know that say fire could burn you untill you was told or untill you stuck your finger in a flame of some sort, then you knew for the future that fire burns and that you wouldnt do it again....
So what i'm trying to say is be open minded and sensitive to your self and others,also as you develop dont be so quick to disbelieve or make sense of what you get and see because 9/10 you would be seeing spirit in one way or another.
