Name of a local band?
Hi
I’m wondering if you can help, and if not, if you could recommend (if you can) a resource/person where I could go to find out. Here it is:
I’m looking for the name of a band that plays instrumental music that I would describe as “Ennio Morricone-style spaghetti western theme song” music in the same way that there were a bunch of “surfer music” rock-n-roll bands in the 60’s.
I don’t know how else to describe the band, except to add that it sounded like al 4(?)-member group, with electric guitar, drummer, bass, and perhaps a keyboard, unless there is actually strings/brass in the band. This is from my fading memory, by the way. I also remember that the band is from Arizona, and the album that I listened to was released in the mid-90’s time frame.
Sorry I don’t have much else to go with, but the music has been haunting me ever since I heard it. The situation, unfortunately, was one where asking about the music or borrowing the album was out of the question. Do you have any idea whatsoever who this band could be?
