Brandon Jennings

I am watching Oak Hill play St Benedicts on ESPN. Here is my review of Jennings:

Brandon is the quickest player on the floor. He does not have a dominant stature or physique. He had been forcing ill advised outside shots all game. To his defense he is asked to score 35 points a game, however in this game he has been on the other end of a box and one, and has been double teamed on every shot attempt. In the open court however he looks VERY polished. He locates his passes with precision. He gets off the floor in a hurry, and can cut through a defense.
On the other end of the floor he is irrelevant, and hardly in the plain of view. around half court he lets his man get around him, and waits to attempt to swat the ball away as he passes by. Defense Is without a doubt what he needs to learn. It is well known that High school basketball does not teach defense, but this is my primary concern for him.

If he is the number one prospect in the nation, it must not be a deep pool, but boy will he be an asset next year.
