Did you ever make a decision ???
I lived on Saipan for 5 years. I never had any trouble with any racisim, locals or govenrment. After my stay 1988- 1993, I found it hard to adapt to American life agian. We as americans are selfish, spoiled, and just plain rude. My father and brother live there now. I would give it a go. 2 years in paradise ??? Why question it.
Just remember there is pollution and corruption everywhere. |
