What model Hagstrom do I have?
Hello Hagstrom fans, I'm from the U.S and would like any info you have, re: my Hagstrom. I am Hagstrom illiterate, so bear with me. The instrument is beautiful! Bought it in a pawn shop in N.H. about 1985. Not a mark or scratch anywhere. Hollow body, dual cutaway, dual pickups, sunburst pattern front & back.....23 frets w/pearl dots, "F" hole design, the head is keyed w/3 on each side. There are 4 pickup control knobs & 2 switches, on each side, near the cutaways. The serial number is on a 3 screw chrome plate on the back, being # 852020. Any info greatly appreciated! Modell: Viking 1N Year: 1972-73 You have number 20 of 308 made that year. So I would say that the guitar should be from 1972. |
