Wednesday Fishing
Broke ice at the waters edge while launching at Rudds at 10am. I had the lake to my self today (well at least Butchers and Eastland). On two other occasions in years past, I thought I was the only boat on the lake but then saw another boat after lunch. Not today...never saw a sole all day...sure was nice even if the fish weren’t cooperating. Fished till dark in Butchers with only 2 fish for the day. Both on live bait free lined with split shot. Nice fat fish...they sure have been feeding well this Fall. |

46-47 in Butchers, 45 on main lake. |
