Need to update your landscape? Free plants!
Still available! Free plants! I think they would sell for at least $10 at a nursery. We have twelve nice, vigorous Purple Queen (Tradescantia pallida) growing in our backyard and would like to find a new home for them. Purple Queen is a perennial; these were planted last spring, died back in the winter (as expected), and are thriving again. They have purple leaves and small pink flowers. You will need 12 five- or ten-gallon containers, a shovel, and a willingness to carefully dig them up. We can arrange to be home May 31, June 1,7,or 8 at any time of your choosing.
