The Susquehanna Warrior Trail between Berwick and West Nanticoke is a valuable asset for runner, bikers and many others in our area. It is well groomed, beautiful and a great place to run. Come out and try it if you haven’t already. The Susquehanna Warrior Trail 5K is a great event we’re been enjoying for a decade through all sorts of weather.

A trail like this requires maintenance for mowing, brush hogging, tree removal, etc. The trail council has the mowers and other equipment but they need help. It would be great if some runners could spare a few hours every once in a while, to help with maintenance.
