I will be Quitting as from 9.30 am G.M.T. thats about when i will wake up. 01/01/2005
i plan to use patches, i saw the Doctor this afternoon and have suplies of patches, a follow up appointment and loads of litrituer on the subject,
I will be keeping busy cleaning the house from top to bottom . and then if i have time or energy i might start decorating lol.

so it will be a busy day but i will still drop in on you guys to let you know how i get on. (for a coffee brake) as thats a time that i might want a ciggy . you can all give me the surpport i need.
