I have an old K 13 7/8ths Constantinople crash in wonderful condition for its age. It is stamped K Zildjian&Cie and Constantinople which my research seems to suggest means it was made before 1909 when the stamp changed to K Zildjian and co. It has a flange hammered in at about one inch from the edge. It is fine lathed and has a centre hole only slightly out of round but certainly not keyholed. Most importantly it sounds amazing: dusky, mysterious and much larger than its size. It is a beauty and very rare. I am asking £350 sterling (I don't know how that translates into bucks) plus shipping. I can email photos to anyone interested.
