I was so very sad about Doug's passing. I first met Doug at THS's All Alumni Reunion in 2000. We became instant friends. It was like we'd known each other all our lives. He called me Blondie, I called him Dougie and when we talked on the phone he always made me laugh until I cried. He had such a great sense of humor.
