Thomas O'Neil/Julia O'Neill

I am looking for information on Thomas (described wrongly as Lewis in 1870 census) O'Neill and his wife Catherine who lived in Sanilac during time of 1860 census. By 1880 they were living in Huron Twp, Alpena. They were born in Ireland. Their daughter Julia, one of 11 or 12 children, is my wife's great grandmother. She married William aka Ira Conley whose own great great grandfather was Luke Connolly from County Roscommon, Ireland. He settled in Yates County, New York State after 1801. I am trying to find out where in Ireland they came from.
