George & Lucy Carter of Croswell 1920s

Hello, I did a search on the site for the last name Carter and my ancestor's name (George Carter) came up under "1920 Croswell List". He is listed as 50. Carter, George L North Howard Street.
At the bottom of the page it says this information is from a scrapbook at the Depot Museum. Can anyone tell me about this? Is it an actual scrapbook? Could there be a picture of George?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
