Re: Charles Garrow or Gorrow; Georgianna Murry or Murray of Sanilac

Thank you for your reply and looking for things that will help.

The family tree on ancestry.com is mine. I'm trying to find more information that will help me prove that I am on the right track showing that I have the correct family line. The information shown there, are things that I have found through the use of ancestry. The place of birth: Port Austin is known from what the foster parents told my grand-father. When I wrote the county seat for his birth certificate, the reply was NO RECORD found.

So, I guess you could say, I'm trying to fill in the gaps, dotting my "i's" and crossing the "t's". I have also gone to the courthouse in Cadillac, MI looking for files that might help. Only to find out that between 1911 - 1920 the courthouse had a fire. I was told they lost their juvinial records for that timeline.

Again, Thank you
D. Meyer
