My mother has a house in San Jose off of Branham and Pearl. I think the rent is 400.00 to 500.00 a month.
She is hardly there. She rents two of the rooms to 2 college guys and they are not there most of the time either. They are working or at school or their girlfriends. email me if you are intersted.
