I am a current nursing student & would like to rent a room to another nursing student. I live near DeAnza in an upstairs, fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath. The complex is very nice and quiet with a pool, 3 spas and full use of weight machines. The unit is remodeled with a washer/dry, d/w, hardwood floors, and the room is furnished with a new, 40" HDTV, double pane window, bed & bookcase. Other items in the room can be stored.

I am asking $800 per month with a $1000 dep. & 1/2 utilities which are currently $25.00 total per month. I could go a bit lower on the rent if the situation is right. Be great to live, breathe, eat & sleep Nursing! :)
