Anyone visiting James' gravesite this year?

I would love to travel to Liverpool to commemorate James' 18th Birthday - it is such an important thing to do, and I hope many people do, but unfortunately, I live far away in New Zealand, and have a little boy just two years, and am also pregnant. I've been to England so many times, but James' only came back into my memory last December, on the day of my son's second birthday. I know I will visit James' grave one day, it is something I have to do, but until then, I have a favour to ask anyone, who could possibly oblige. I really want to put something from myself at the cemetery - there is a tree there? I have a need to send something small over there, but I'm not sure what would be appropriate. Does anyone have any suggestions? So, if anyone will be visiting the gravesite this year, would it be at all possible for me to send something to you and for you to take it there when you visit? It is really important for me. I know that things left there will go with time, but I just want to have something there for a time. I would so appreciate this. XOX
