As for group & training runs, we currently have a Couch to 5K group of 40 people learning to go from 0 to 5K in 8 weeks. We meet 3 times per week. We are on week 5, and will likely run another program in the fall.
We partner with the awesome Dave Bass and usually have a group run at 9 AM from Nutrifitness in Kingston on Market Street on Sundays (we have a suggested distance but everyone runs their own pace/distance they are ready to do).
We also meet on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 at the levee in Kingston on the corner of Church/Rutter Ave. In the winter we do out & back, about 5 miles. We are now starting speed-work for spring and will eventually (in about 3 weeks) move to the Solomon Elementary School Track in Plains.
