The 11th Annual Susquehanna Warrior Trail 5K Race / Fun Walk will be held on Saturday April 7, 2018 in Shickshinny, PA. at the pavilion located at Oak and North Canal Streets. Registration will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The race will begin at 10:15 a.m.

The wheel-measured course will be chip-timed by Second Wind Race Timing. Specially designed medals will be awarded to the top three runners in each age group. High quality shirts will be presented to the first 250 runners and walkers who register. All proceeds will benefit the upkeep of the SWTC.

All participants are invited to the runner's After Party featuring Slice of Heaven pizza and hot soup.

A local favorite. More of a social gathering than a race. Max Furek organized this race for 10 years and has handed off to Barb Rupert. Support Shickshinny and enjoy the delicious soup and pizza. A trail thru the woods over easy runnable fine aggregate.

I checked out the trail today and it's in great condition.

Those of you who loved the mud last year are going to be a little disappointed. There are only a few damp spots on the trail and you can avoid them.

Looking forward to playing some music for the runners, family, and friends of the trail race. Flat and simple, out and back, good people every year to participate for fun. Enjoy the view of the Susquehanna from the Shickshinny side of the river. See you there!:zap:
