EXTERIOR – IN THE LAST RAYS OF SUNLIGHT, 2000 FEET OVER THE GREAT PYRAMID OF GIZA — WE SEE A HAND-HELD CAMERA SHOT OUT OF THE OPEN DOOR OF A LOUD, VIBRATING HELICOPTER.
