At the Tara Hill Sanatorium, the women patients are up in arms when rumors start that the hospital is going to be torn down for a new condominium building. Leading the patient revolt is Scarlet Hilary Hamilton-Kennedy-Butler - Clinton-O’Hara with the help of her Mammy. The other psycho-acquired personalities joining the crusade are Joan of Arc, Joan Crawford, Joan Rivers, Joan Collins, Joan Baez and Rosa Parks (who has tied herself to a chair by the window and won’t budge.) All mayhem breaks loose when the Yankee’s show up at Tara Hill.
Dr Michael Yankee and his brother Jonathan are the new owners and they want these patients who are gone, gone.
