When Alex too much curiosity got his brother Matt kidnapped, he needs to meet Blackstock's demand of a top secret briefcase that Alex initially buried, all in all for the exchange of Matt's safe return.

Synopsis:
Alex Beland is no ordinary twenty-something kid. Plagued by neuroses and bouts of pain attacks brought about by he and his twin brother Matt having witnessed the assassination of their own father at the age of ten. Both students on an exclusive university spy-craft course designed to access new recruits for a US intelligence agency known as O.S.C.A.R. The Observation Satellite Communication Action Room is on the front-line of espionage and reconnaissance, operating in a world of deception where danger is always looming overhead; Alex is one of the organization's youngest and most promising recruits, but reluctant to join their ranks owing to the fact that his very own father was an OSCAR agent and killed while with them at the fun-fare. Now, on their way home in an abandoned military airfield, both witnessed the ambush of an OSCAR black-ops team by a steely operator known as Blackstock and the heist of a case containing a secret serum. but when Blackstock spots the flashing lights of a patrol car, he has to stash the serum case. The determined Officer Wellbeck stays on his tail as Blackstock's car hits a tree. Forced to continue on foot, Blackstock manages to hide the case and calls for reinforcements, unaware Alex and Matt have watched his every move. Alex uncover the case, but whilst trying to escape with it, Matt is captured and bundled into the back of a van by a mute, masked man. Alex manages to overcome a panic attack and escape with the case. Meanwhile Blackstock is arrested by Officer Wellbeck. Matt is kidnapped. Alex now is forced to confront his worst fear: the possibility to join OSCAR, shows up at the front door of his university tutor Professor Browmich with the case where he will uses his budding skills and the advanced surveillance technology his father taught, and put it at his disposal to find his sibling. Will Browmich let him join OSCAR? Now with his list of options and the people he can trust running ever thinner, turns to the high-level employee at OSCAR, Captain Nathan Reed. Alex mother and Reed know each other from back when Alex's father was part of the agency, if Reed let Alex join OSCAR he need to enacts a perilous mission to hunt down the only person who can help him and negotiate the safe return of his sibling: a bio-metric translator who can access the prize that the kidnappers were searching for. Will Alex bring to uncover the truth of that strange heist, and with it the key to Matt's safety.
