SUMMARY: Little Jake, an autistic kid with a gift for drawing future crimes, becomes a target for a Cartel family after discovering his ability to see future crimes. El Salvador, the Cartel leader, is captured by U.S. Special Operations and unleashes a secret weapon. Jake's mother is killed, and Doctor Parker discovers he possesses a chemical called Neuro Gen X, which allows him to control Jake's mind. Striker, a man with special skills, invades El Salvador's protected island, causing a fight between good and evil. Michael and Agent Jay escape, but Little Jake locks them in a submarine and self-destructs a bomb, destroying the island. Agent Jay, angry, walks off with a tube containing Neuro Gen X, ultimately walking into the shadows.
