Logline Post War Tokyo Japan the Ginza district Japanese dectectives ask the U.S. military for help to investigate a series of Geisha girl murders. They suspect it's a American officer involved. The U.S. military does not want to get directly involved. They sent a special investigator who handles these type of cases. The American investigator and the Japanese dectivities think could be rival Japanese underworld organizations that are trying to destroy each others Geisha houses. The one underworld oraganization called the Dark Snake Society is paying a good sum of money to ex American Army officer to commit the murders.
