Log Line Special Agent Captain Benton Harris of Army intelligence testifies in front of a Senate hearing how the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and the State Department ignored his warnings concerning the attack of Pearl Harbor. He threatens to go to the press if the U.S. government does not investigate the department and the people who are responsible for this. The O.S.S {Operational Stragetic Services} have orders to eliminate him. He finds out through a colleague that the O.S.S. has a hit on him. Capatain Harris goes rogue.
