Aliens from another planet have been in contact with the US government for many decades. They are now considering allowing the government to tell the people of the Earth of their existence. Unfortunately, after observing the crazy things Earthlings do, they question if they should proceed. After double checking with their superiors on the home planet, they learn that a mistake was made. They're not on the right planet. After this revelation, they can't get off the planet fast enough! They must get "Out of This World".
