Its the year 2067 and best pre-teen best friends Ebony and Lexi, are both trying to survive, each day in Los Angeles which is now a poverty stricken city, which they feel may not be possible, when they trespass into a supposedly abandoned government building and discover that the government is slowly killing 2/3rds of the population in order to have enough food, housing, and resources.
