The time is after World War II. Japanese detectives suspected that it could be an American army soldier killing Geshia girls.They ask the help from American intelligence to help them find the killer. The American intelligence agent believes it could be rival underworld organizations that are trying put each other out of buisness. A possiablity that one of the organizations might of recurited an American soldier to do their killing.
