After he was decorated and being praised for his actions from shooting down a well know German pilot. He learned that the fifth plane he shot down was his German freind. Being distraught what happened he was never the same. He went into the SoHo area and started to kill prositutes. Captain Sommers was caught. A decorated war hero and his family connections with the British government this kind of publicity and scandal could hurt the morale and the people who are close to him.
