tattoos are really difficult to quote without actually talking face-to-face with you.
please stop into the shop and talk with the tattooist. bring any/all reference pics you might have or can get off the internet.
then we'll be able to get a good idea of what you want, the size you want it, the detail involved, and the placement on your body.
