Hi Donna,
Our shop policy for tattoos is 16 or older - BUT, we do make exceptions in cases like yours.... so, YES - we can tattoo you.
however - you will need to stop in to the shop with your parents and talk with the tattooist prior to making an appointment. That way everyone can talk about the design, placement, cost, and ID.
the tattooist (nathan) is typically in every day except sundays from 11a to 6 or 7p.
