I've taken on a project for a neighbor to build her a
circle frame to mount a round quilt on for a wall hanging. The quilt is 65 inches in Diameter. I've thought this out and think I'll use plywood to cut pieces to glue up a frame and then use a router to trim to correct diameter. Any suggestion on jointery etc. Any plans out there??

I am an accomplished woodworker with a complete home shop. Have made many pieces of furniture for my family. Just want to run this out there to get any "better ideas" that I'm sure someone has.
