A gold chiffon gown adorned with gold sequins, long sleeves, "V" style neckline, bias wrapped side waist, with matching wrap. Travis Banton designed this gown for actress Susan Hayward for the film production of "Crack Up." It was later used by Ms. Head to portray Veronica Lake in her 1970s traveling fashion show, which showcased her iconic film costume designs. This EH includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Darren Julien, President of JulienEntertainment.Com.
Condition: Major sequin losses in areas, several small tears throughout. Overall fair/poor.
