Hi Trish... that is perfectly fine to leave your message. Computer problems are the pits. Our laptop is down right now and it's very frustrating. Luckily, we have a back-up desktop, but I know how it feels when you are out of touch because of computer problems. I feel like the umbilical cord has been cut when my computers are out. Yes, I'm addicted..ha
