YES...I also have this book and think it is one of the 'very best' you can get on photos of Susan. Toward the end of the book, there are also two posed shots of her from her only stage appearance..in..MAME..and they are 'hard to find' photos, which makes this a real 'treat'.
The only thing I would add to what has already been said..is that I liked 'who' Mr. Moreno dedicated the book to:
"To the memory of My mother Ofelia, who gave me a taste for the movies
and
Susan Hayward, who gave me countless hours of delight from the silver screen."
The book is (like Lynn said) from CITADEL PRESS out of SECAUCUS, NEW JERSEY.
from 1968. I bought mine from Larry Edmunds Cinema Bookstore in Hollywood, which I hear is no longer there.
