Once again the Mother shows us the way. It is both simple and easy to understand. While some teachers would complicate matters and make distinction between japa and meditation the Mother does not. She goes straight to the heart of the matter.
And hear the gentle reminder She gives in the instructions, “Unless you practice meditation morning and evening, along with your work, how can you know whether you are doing the right thing or the wrong?"
There is gentleness in the Mother’s teachings yet nowhere does She compromise with the principles. Yet She gives each one of the confidence to do what She is asking us to do. What more can a child ask from his/her Mother?
