Sri Ramakrishna has said on different occasions about Holy Mother: 'She is Sarada; Saraswati; she has come to impart knowledge.' 'She is my Shakti.' 'Know her and myself to be one and the same.'
Swami Vivekananda referred to Holy Mother as 'Durga' in a letter to Swami Shivananda like this: "... I shall be relieved when you will have purchased a plot of land and established there the living Duga, the Mother. ..."
Jai Mahasaraswati!
A mother to our wants, a friend in our difficulties, a persistent and tranquil counsellor and mentor, chasing away with her radiant smile the clouds of gloom and fretfulness and depression, remaining always of the ever-present help, pointing to the eternal sunshine, she is firm, quiet and persevering in the deep and continuous urge that drives us towards the integrality of the higher nature.
Jai Mahakali, Jai Mahalakshni, Jai Mahasaraswati!
May the tiny sadhana of your children during Navaratri be rewarded with the sunshine of your Grace!
