The lotus position is good for meditiation &
prayer.....also 'laying down flat' works as well.

As long as the body is comfortable....otherwise,
it will take your mind away from the purpose of
the exercise...

I thought about this a little...

I'm not so sure that we aren't framing this problem in the wrong way..

My thought has been that maybe prayer is not something that comes FROM us so much as something that comes TO us.
