Mother's children are everywhere and wherever there may be suffering we can imagine Her soothing presence offering comfort and hope to those who are in need.
Yet is difficult not to feel a special concern for any of our sisters and brothers in Mumbai especially who may be affected by the recent and sad events taking place there. May Mother comfort those who suffer, and give wisdom and ability to the world leaders who must sort this out. May her love sooth the hearts and minds of the people.
It is especially sad, when we note that a Medical Doctor, who spent his life helping people, was amongst those slain by the poor misguided souls, who carried out the recent mayhem in Mumbai. Incidentally, I was acquainted with that Montreal physician. May he rest in peace.
