Whoever had a fortune to spend even a few days at Mother’s feet realized that in order to shape the spiritual life of her sons she taught them to develop strength of character, to practice detachment, forbearance, temperance, to worship God with firm faith, sincere devotion and complete surrender to His will in all circumstances of life. Just like Mother herself, her sons too never tended to excessive sentimentalism. All of them were serene, calm, composed and steadfast in their conduct.
