Reminiscences of The Holy Mother!!!

On that occasion, I spent a few more days at Jayrambati. I learned all about japa and meditation from Mother’s householder disciple, Bibhuti Babu, Rammoy Maharaj, and therefore I did not seek further guidance from Mother in these matters. But for the days I was there, I used to offer pranam to her morning and evening, sometimes in her room, sometimes in the veranda. At Jayrambati Mother seemed very much at ease, relaxed and natural. It was her human aspect that was more in evidence. Her affectionate, motherly nature was more noticeable there, perhaps owing to the homely surrounding and the presence of her near ones all around her. When I touched her feet before leaving Jayrambati, she placed her hand on my head and blessed me, saying gently, “Keep well, son.” That tone of her voice still rings in my ears.
