I had not discerned superhuman qualities more than once or twice in her; her manifestation in a mortal body was marked by human characteristics. However, that the serene dignity of her face was the outward expression of her essential being, of that much I was aware.
Now my time is running out. Life’s boat has set sail for the Ocean that Ramakrishna is. When from time to time the sari that veils the face of the one who is at the helm flutters, I catch a glimpse of that unique face even today. And thus assured, I am content to rest free from care, having reposed all my trust in her.*
