Mother As I Saw Her – Swami Saradeshananda
The Mother as a Paramahamsa:
A Police Officer at The Mother’s House – 5

Though the Police still continued to keep a strict watch on Jayrambati, they did not, probably through the instruction of this Officer, or fo some other reason, do any harm to the Holy Mother, her Sevakas and Sevikas, or to her relations and companions, in spite of the fact that some of her sons and their friends were connected with the Revolutionary Party. We shudder to think what would have happened of the Police had committed at the Mother’s place even a fraction of the inhuman atrocities that they were perpetrating at some other places.
