We come across numerous events like this in the life of both Sarada Devi and Sri Ramakrishna. In such matters they simply followed the local belief. There was a similar acceptance on their part of the various myths, rituals, and religious ceremonies followed by the Hindus. However incomprehensible that may be to the rational mind, such things are found in all religious traditions.
