The Masters Death and After – 27

Alighting from the train in Vrindavan, she went to Kalababu’s grove, which belonged to Balaram’s family, where Balaram’s father used to spend his time in prayer and meditation. There she met Yohin-Ma, who had left Calcutta shortly before Sri Ramakrishna’s death. She embraced her, crying: ‘Oh, Yogin!’ and both wept. At that time Holy mother used to weep often for her husband. One night at Vrindavan Sri Ramakrishna appeared again and said: ‘Why are you crying so much? Here I am. Where have I gone? It is just a change from one room to another – isn’t that so?’ Repeated visions of the Master during this period somewhat assuaged Holy Mother’s grief.
