The Masters Death and After – 30
At Vrindavan the Mother took long walks alone on the sandy banks of the Jamuna River. She often went from one temple to another like a happy girl. One day she saw a corpse decorated with flowers and garlands being carried to the cremation ground. Like an innocent child she said to her companions: ‘See, how blessed this person is to die in this holy place! I came here to die but haven’t had even a trace of fever. And yet how old I am! I have seen my father and my brother-in-law, both of whom dies long ago.’ Yogin-ma laughed and said: ‘Indeed, you have seen your father! Tell us, who has not seen his father?’
