Chapter 13 – In the Role of Teacher : 007
A disciple of Holy Mother, a quiet and spiritual-minded young man, was harassed for nothing by the police. One day as he came out of the shrine room after meditation, the police arrested him and took him away without giving him time to take refreshment. Holy Mother was very sad to hear about it and said: ‘This was certainly an unjust action on the part of the English. He is one of my good children, and for nothing he is being harassed. He could not take even a little Prasad. Will the British rule last long?’
Another disciple of the Mother was interned with the present writer. Unable to bear the rigours of the internment he committed suicide. After the writer’s release he told the Mother about the young man’s death. With a sigh she said: ‘O God, how long will You put up with the iniquity of this Government?’
