Vacation in Saipan
Hi My girlfriend and I are going on vacation to Saipan in October and had a few questions maybe somone can help with;
Is a rental car necessary on the Island to enjoy it?
I am Americain she is Japanese. We want to get Diver Certified together any rocommendations on a good place that we can go tohether for that?
and, How is the weather in October?
