DATING A U-33 12 STRING- CAN ANYONE HELP?

Hi folks! Great site, BTW!

I was fortunate enough to get an old U-33 for Xmas- it's amazing, great sound- and has all original bridge,saddle,tailpiece, scratchplate etc- well chuffed!

Serial number is 54144549

Was hoping somebody could help me date it?...thanks

Your guitar is either a late 1973 or an early 1974. Sorry, but I can´t be more exact that that.
