Re: HIIB date

Guessing you 'Found' this?

s/n 711 is from 67-69 and yours is #81 of a batch of 9332

Re: HIIB date

Thanks!

It was actually my first bass. bought it in 2000, sold it a year later to 'upgrade'. (actually just needed a setup).
Last year my Godin got stolen and I thought of trying to buy the Hag back. looked it up online and realized that old Hag was quite a lovely item. Got it back last weekend and am completely thrilled. It was just sitting in the guy's basement for years. Beautiful bass, never seen anything else quite like it (except for the first time I owned it...) Like getting my first bass all over again!
